Sirocco is a renowned Swiss brand for exclusive tea and coffee products with high standards of quality, design, and customer loyalty. The company's goal was to future-proof its e-commerce platform and scale growth in the B2C and B2B segments.

Starting point & challenge

The previous Magento installation was technologically outdated, maintenance-intensive, and limited further development due to its high complexity and lack of flexibility. The desire for a modern, high-performance platform with improved usability – both internally and externally – led to the decision to switch to Shopify Plus .

Project goals

  • Complete migration of all shop and customer data

  • Replication of the existing UX/UI without breaks

    • Sirocco Club with newsletter and loyalty function

  6. Launch & Training
    Go live including team training, redirects, DNS adjustments and monitoring.
