Starting point & challenge
The previous Magento installation was technologically outdated, maintenance-intensive, and limited further development due to its high complexity and lack of flexibility. The desire for a modern, high-performance platform with improved usability – both internally and externally – led to the decision to switch to Shopify Plus .
