    What your setup really costs

You do not see it on an invoice. But every month in revenue.

    01

You wait weeks. Your competitors launch.

Reworking a category, publishing a landing page, testing a campaign: things that should take days block weeks. Every delay is a launch someone else makes first.

    02

Your team keeps tech alive instead of building revenue.

Servers, updates, plugins and dependencies consume the capacity that should go into new revenue levers. You pay a team to administer your shop system.

    03

You buy traffic that dies in checkout.

Every click costs money. If load time, mobile UX or checkout slow users down, your ad budget burns through visitors who never buy.

A migration is not a move. It is your relaunch.

You bring customers, orders, SEO signals and operating processes with you. At the same time, you get a setup that is faster, cleaner and easier for the team to run.

Move customers and orders cleanly Map URLs and redirects before launch Rethink data model and metafields Treat integrations as part of the system Make the team more independent after launch

"Too many brands work for their shop system instead of the shop system working for them."

Since 2019, we have built and migrated Shopify setups for brands where a relaunch, migration or integration issue directly costs revenue. That is why we treat migrations as data, SEO and commerce projects.

At its core, a migration is a data and SEO project that looks like design. If you miss that, you can build something pretty and still lose revenue.

30 minutes that turn gut feeling into a migration plan.

We review your current setup and make clear which risks need to be solved before a relaunch. Afterwards, you know whether Shopify Plus makes sense now, what scope is realistic and which next steps matter most.

    01

    Risk mapping

We review system, data model, SEO, integrations and operational dependencies so you see where a relaunch can become critical.

    02

    Migration roadmap

We sort the workstreams before launch, during migration and after go-live so your team does not decide in the dark.

    03

    Budget and timing view

You get an honest range for effort, timing and priorities, including when now is not the right moment for Shopify Plus.

    How it works

    Our 5-phase migration process.

In the audit, we map where you are today and which risks need to be solved before a Shopify Plus relaunch.

    01

    Discovery

You have a clear target picture: data model, integrations and risks are defined before anything is built.

    02

    Migration

Customers, orders and rankings move over completely. Nothing is lost, nothing stands still.

    03

    Design

A storefront that demonstrably converts, not just one that looks good.

    04

    Development

A setup your team can operate itself. No ticket, no agency dependency.

    05

    Launch & Value

A secured go-live and a clear roadmap for how the shop adds revenue afterwards.

    Honesty saves time

    Who the audit is for.

    Good fit if ...

    • you make 7- to 8-figure revenue and run on Shopware, Magento, OXID, WooCommerce or custom commerce
    • changes take weeks although they should take days
    • you want to move customer data, orders and rankings cleanly
    • you want a partner who also names the risks

Probably not a fit if ...

    • you are starting from zero without a running shop
    • you only need a quick template price comparison
    • design matters more to you than data, SEO and conversion

    Before you book

    Questions every team asks us.

How long does a migration take?

We often plan around 90 days. The real timeline depends on data volume, integrations, B2B logic and decision speed. The audit clarifies that.

    Will we lose Google rankings?

Not if the migration is planned as an SEO project. URL mapping, redirects, content, canonicals and tracking before launch are critical.

What happens to customers and orders?

Customers, orders and order history are migrated. Passwords cannot simply be moved across platforms, so you need a clean reactivation process.

Is this just a sales pitch?

No. The audit is there to clarify whether migration makes sense now, which risks exist and what a realistic scope would look like.
