Niclas Eckert has worked with Shopify for eight years. At 16, he built his first online store in a dropshipping context, improved it with self-taught implementation skills and later sold it as a sole-proprietor business. He then studied business management and worked as an IT manager at Topia, gaining hands-on experience in cyber security, server infrastructure and technical systems. In agency environments he led IT teams before founding NICCOS. His consulting is grounded in real implementation experience: roughly 600 completed projects overall, including 150 with NICCOS.
