    Orientation

Before you choose an agency comes the system question - and after it, what all this looks like in your industry. Both sections are written so they are allowed to come out against us.

    Entry points

    Where are you right now?

Five starting positions brands come to us with. Pick the one closest to yours - the rest of the list above follows from it.

    We are switching platforms

Shopware, Magento, WooCommerce or OXID: over 150 migrations and relaunches have taught us that a switch is decided by the data and the URLs, not by the theme. If you first want to know how demanding it really is in your case, start with an assessment rather than a proposal.

    Migration audit →

We are building new or relaunching

Greenfield or relaunch: UX concept, design system, theme development, QA and go-live run as one stretch here, not as four trades. Whether you need Shopify Plus at all is something we settle beforehand - the upgrade does not pay off for every store.

    Shopify Plus development →

The store runs, but does not deliver what is in it

CRO, load time, SEO and tracking belong together: without clean tracking every A/B test stays an opinion, and without load time every UX improvement evaporates. That is why this route starts with a diagnosis, not with a list of measures.

    CRO optimization →

The store grows, but the systems cannot keep up

When stock, prices and orders travel between ERP, PIM and Shopify by hand, the store is rarely the problem. We first settle which system owns which record and build the connection after that - otherwise the error just propagates faster.

    System integration →

We want to show up in AI answers

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews cite sources that are machine-readable and verifiable. That is less a new marketing field than technical SEO continued for a different audience.

    Working together

    How can we work together?

Whichever service you need, the shape of the engagement is one of three. Prices are deliberately absent here because they follow the scope, not the discipline.

    Audit

    Who it is for

For teams facing a decision without a solid basis for it - a platform switch, a replatforming budget, or the question of what conversion is stuck on.

    What is included
    • Inventory of store, data and connected systems
    • Findings sorted by impact and effort
    • A recommendation with the counter-position written out
    How it ends

Ends with a prioritised list your team or your agency can work through without us.

    Project

    Who it is for

For work with a clear end - migration, relaunch, B2B setup, checkout rebuild or a single system connection.

    What is included
    • Fixed scope and named responsibilities
    • Implementation, QA and go-live from one team
    • A documented handover to your team
    How it ends

Ends when the result is live and your team can run it without us.

    Retainer

    Who it is for

For brands whose store keeps being built on and who do not want to hire their own Shopify developer for it.

    What is included
    • Fixed capacity per month instead of a ticket queue
    • Operations, updates and further development in one rhythm
    • A named contact who knows the store
    How it ends

Produces a store that is still the one we built after the tenth update.

    How it fits together

How do the services fit together?

The services above are not modules you buy one at a time. They interlock - and usually in this order.

    Strategy

First the question of what the store has to do: markets, audiences, B2B or D2C, standard or custom. Everything else follows from that.

    Experience

UX, design and conversion work on the same object. We do not split them into two projects, because they would otherwise overwrite each other.

    Technology

Theme, apps, checkout and integrations are an architecture, not a list. Whatever is sloppy here is paid for in every later sprint.

    Operations

The long part starts after launch. So maintenance, monitoring and further development are planned in rather than bolted on afterwards.

    Frequent questions

What brands ask us before the first call

How do solutions, services and integrations differ?

Solutions describe a goal - selling B2B, shipping internationally, showing up in AI answers. Services describe the work that gets you there. Integrations describe the systems that have to play along. The same offering therefore never appears on two levels.

Do I have to pick one service?

No. Most projects start with a question, not with a service. In the first call we sort out what you actually need - it is often less than this overview suggests.

Do you also work on stores that are not on Shopify Plus?

Yes. Some of our clients start on Shopify and move to Plus later. Whether the upgrade pays off depends on checkout customisation, customer groups and revenue. We settle that before the proposal, not after it.

    What does it cost?

That depends on the shape of the engagement, not on the service. Audit, project and retainer follow different cost logics - which is why there are three models here instead of a price list. A reliable number follows the first call, once the scope is set.

How long does a migration take?

That is decided by the state of your data and the number of connected systems, not by the size of the catalogue. The migration audit gives you a first assessment before we even speak.

Will you take on only part of it if we have our own team?

Yes. In several projects theme and integrations sit with us while content, marketing or the ERP stay in-house. The only thing that matters is settling beforehand who owns which system.
