- NICCOS is a 15-person Shopify Plus agency from Freiburg - focused on complex migrations, enterprise commerce, and conversion optimisation in the DACH region. 150+ migrations, typically 10-20% conversion uplift after launch, and up to 70% less ongoing engineering overhead. Our clients are established brands with seven- to eight-figure annual revenue - names like Groundies, MyCR7, and Smilodox.

Your role
- You know the feeling when a store goes quiet after go-live? That does not happen here - and we need you for that.
- As Account & Growth Manager you take ownership of your clients after migration, or for brands already on Shopify that want to grow with us. You are not just a point of contact - you think ahead: you spot opportunities before the client asks, bring growth ideas, and turn a successful migration into sustainable growth.
- This is not classic support. You run projects, coordinate our designers and developers, analyse data, and make decisions - with real impact on your clients revenue.
What you will do
- Independent client care - You are the main contact for your accounts and run regular calls, including with several stakeholders at once. You build relationships based on trust and outcomes.
- Identify growth - You spot optimisation potential in the store, develop growth ideas, and bring them to the client proactively - not only when they ask.
- Build funnel analyses - You work with GA4, Hotjar, and similar tools, analyse conversion data, and turn it into concrete recommendations.
- Support A/B testing - You shape hypotheses, coordinate implementation with design and development, and evaluate results.
- Steer projects - You coordinate our designers and developers, prioritise work in ClickUp, and drive delivery of client requirements - structured, reliable, and with the big picture in mind.
- Use the Shopify ecosystem - You know relevant apps, integrations, and Shopify capabilities and advise clients with confidence.
What you bring - Must-haves
- Agency or Shopify brand experience - you know how e-commerce projects work in practice
- Solid Shopify skills - you know the platform, the app landscape, and typical setups
- Project management skills - you keep the overview when multiple accounts and topics run in parallel. We use ClickUp
- Strong communication - you are comfortable leading a call with five people, presenting results, and saying no when needed
- Ownership - you take real responsibility for your accounts and outcomes. You do not wait to be told what to do; you drive topics forward
- Growth mindset - you think in revenue, conversion, and customer value, not only tickets
- Fluent German and good English
What you bring - Nice-to-haves
- Experience with GA4, Hotjar, A/B testing tools, or comparable analytics solutions
- Experience with funnel analyses and data-driven conversion optimisation
- Background in growth or CRO
