NICCOS is a 15-person Shopify Plus agency based in Freiburg—focused on complex migrations, enterprise commerce, and conversion optimisation in the DACH region. 150+ migrations, typically 10–20% conversion uplift after launch, and up to 70% less ongoing engineering overhead. Our clients are established brands with seven- to nine-figure annual revenue—names like Groundies, MyCR7, and Smilodox.

We are very good at what we do—but so far we have not told that story nearly enough. That should change, and we need you for it.
As a working student in marketing, you are our marketing all-rounder. You take our projects, case studies, and expertise outward—via LinkedIn, content, and events. You work closely with the Head of Delivery and gain insight into partner management, event planning, and B2B marketing at an agency that is growing fast.
This is not a role where you only churn out Canva posts and research hashtags. You actively help shape how NICCOS is perceived as a brand.

Create content – You develop and produce LinkedIn social posts that make our expertise visible—not generic agency fluff, but substance-led content.
Turn case studies into stories – You work with our team to turn real client projects into compelling cases that show what we can do.
Co-organise events – You support planning and delivery of industry events, dinners, and partner formats—from invites through follow-up.
Support partner management – You work with the Head of Delivery on partner relationships and help make them visible and structured.
Build inbound marketing – You help figure out how we attract the right leads through content and visibility, and you implement first steps.
Brand stewardship – You make sure anything that goes out looks and feels like NICCOS.

You are currently studying—ideally marketing, communications, business administration, or something comparable
You live social media, especially LinkedIn—you understand what content works in B2B and what does not
You can write—clear, concise, and without marketing jargon
You have a basic grasp of the B2B world and inbound marketing
You are a marketing all-rounder—you jump in where it is needed, whether content, events, or strategy
You work independently and bring ideas—you do not wait to be spoon-fed tasks
Fluent German and solid English

First experience with content creation, social media management, or event planning
Interest in e-commerce, Shopify, or the agency environment
Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar

Real responsibility from day one—not a coffee-run job, but a role with visible impact

Direct collaboration with leadership—you work closely with the Head of Delivery and management

Remote-first with flexibility—work from anywhere with clear core hours, compatible with your studies

Modern stack—we use Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Apple. You get a MacBook for work
